Works with your Clio account

From your Clio matter
to your next move.

Connect your own Clio account, open a matter and choose its documents. CaseBuilder reads every page and opens the case where it stands: what the record supports, what it still lacks, and the work product it can prepare from it.

Read-only. CaseBuilder reads only the documents you choose and never changes anything in Clio.

From a Clio matter to a demand, in a fictional case.

How it works

Three steps,
no file juggling.

No downloads, no uploads: the documents come straight from the matter, and the matter stays where it is.

03

Read, then build.

CaseBuilder reads the documents and builds the case for your client: the strategy, the chronology, the exhibits and a demand that cites the law, every citation checked against its official text.

Your Clio data

Read only what you choose.
Keep no copy of the originals.

CaseBuilder asks Clio for each document you choose, through your own connection, and never writes to Clio. It keeps the reading of each page with your case; the original files stay in Clio and are fetched again when the exhibits are built.

How readings are made and stored, who can open a case and how a case is deleted: Data security.

Only the documents you choose

Nothing is read until you choose a matter's documents and confirm the reading.

Your firm's region
